Kirkland's overall status is only the headline. The review rows show whether Building, Fire, Planning, Public Works, or Urban Forestry has the current action—or whether corrections have gone back to the project team.

- Applied means the application is on record but reviews may not yet be assigned.
- In Review means one or more city reviews are active.
- Revision in Review means a revised or post-issuance package is with the city.
- Ready to Issue means approvals are substantially complete, but fees or contractor information may remain.
- Issued and Finaled are later milestones; they do not mean the same thing.
Use the activity rows
Under Review means the city has the current review. Corrections Needed means the applicant or design team must respond. Approved or Passed means that particular review or prerequisite is complete.
