What happens when Bellevue requests permit revisions?

The city finishes its review
Different departments may respond on different days. Some may approve while others request revisions. Once the current city reviews have responded, the next step usually moves to your architect.
The architect coordinates one response
Your architect typically collects the city comments and works with the required consultants. That can include structural, civil, geotechnical, landscape, or arborist changes. The revised package is generally uploaded together.
A new review round begins
After revised documents are submitted, affected departments review again. The activity names may begin with a revision number. If the public record does not show the submission date clearly, keep your own date so you know how long the city has had the response.

- All departments have responded, but the architect has not submitted revisions.
